Stainless Steel Plate

Stainless Steel Plate in Type 304/304L is a highly corrosion-resistant material offering strength and formability comparable to structural steels. It is suitable for food processing, chemical equipment, marine components, and architectural uses.
In its annealed state, Stainless Steel Plate is non-magnetic and not hardenable by heat treatment. However, it can be strengthened through cold working, making it versatile for both structural and precision fabrication projects.
Type 304L Stainless Steel Plate features a low carbon content (0.03% max), which helps reduce carbide precipitation during welding. This allows the material to maintain its corrosion resistance even in heat-affected zones.
